Bidville disclosed the resignation of yet another director, C. John Dewey, in an 8-K filing with the SEC.
With the previous resignations of Stephen Gingrich, Edward Orlando and Michael Palandro, the board is now comprised of two directors, Gerald C. Parker and Robert W. Pearce.
