these are chats that have revealed metzymom, royal treasures and dustycorners of pushing people out of ola, forcing new members to sell products to shove other sellers out. Also, chats attached that are conpletely out-of-line (however, corporate leaves them on because these sellers are favored by Renee at Ola)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As a less than two month old seller I did not know that there are seasoned sellers who will target a newbie for a variety of reasons. I have not spoken out until now because the two "illusions of power" sellers that mentioned advised me to be silent when one seller, they don't like became vengeful towards me, but I will say at last, that seller will tell you she is a vengeful person and she comes at you head on as a wolf not as a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing.
It took me a while to figure out that the two illusions who publicly and privately supported me repeatedly were actually using a new online seller, who doesn't know the ropes yet, to try and push out sellers they don't like, just about the time I figured out what they were doing is when they wanted me to start selling shipping supplies to deliberately try and push out a seller in this thread that they also want gone form OLA, and I don't even know that seller yet, the seller that started this thread was probably next on the list because they made it plain they don't like her either. When I figured all this out and confronted these two, they removed their support and start back peddling on their true agenda so fast it should be in the Guinness World Book Of Records. So now I'm on their "blacklist" as well. I trusted them is the worst part, the best part is they have made me stronger and have taught me the same valuable lesson about friends versus business that another seller mentioned in this thread.
Last night was the first time I haven't played in the Wed. Wave so I'm not surprised I didn't receive a copy of the new rules, and like the three other sellers in this thread standing up for themselves I too will not be intimidated or pushed out. The rule about "sabotaging another player/seller is so thick with irony and hypocrisy it is almost tangible.

Some people teach us what to do and some people teach us what not to do and both are valuable lessons.
I, too noticed that I would sign up very early for wave and yet end up way down on the list. Sad.

another chat that OLA corporate allowed, for buyer/sellers asking questions this is from leighs (Willam Leigh from Texas, who was selling Willies Whatnots and Wholesale Watchsellers on ebay

Let's see if I can paint you a picture:

1. I used your name because both of you along with Betty Lou asked me the same identixal questions, word for word VERBATUM. It is like you copied and pasted those questions given to you by someone

2. I made the statement Duraliner Technologies is a patented process to coat the inner walls of PVC underground pipe, and is also a trademark name and I so advised annimae in an omail. NOW there are a couple of exceptions to the trademark laws, most notably, if the company that manufacturers the product in question has written permission from the trademark owner to use the term that is trademarked then that makes it perfectly legal. But even at that, the written permission must state that it can be passed on down to the customer who purchases that product I would not want to see anyone get dinged for trademark infringement. That is why I wont use that term, even though I sell the same product "Eco-Lite". Thgere is a case out in your neck of the woods Natalie that I totally disagree with the court finding. Ernesto and Julio Gallo (Gallo Wine) is a tratemarked name "GALLO". Several years ago, the two brothers had a much younger "baby" brother that wasd not involved in the family owned business. He decisded to strike out on his own rather than be sub-servant to his older brothers, and started up a cheese company selling California produced cheese, and used his own sur-name Gallo Cheese. The logo he designed and used bore absolutely no resemblance to the Gallo Wune logo. The two older brothers sued the younger brother, and won a judgement. This caused the younger brother thousands and thousands of dollars to defend the suit, and in the end had to change the name. My disagreement is that he was using his OWN NAME.

2. Is it American made? I dont know and once more I dont care. There are very few things manufactured (Made In) America these days. In fact, with rare exception most manufacturing is made overseas, and some is assembled here in the U.S., such as Ford, Chrysler, GM and it seems as if two of these three companies have had a bit of a financial problem. On the other hand, there is Toyota, Nissan, two Japanese firms that manufacture many of their cars in Alabama, and Mercedes which is German that manufactures many of their cars in Alabama. So "American Made" has been diluted over the last several years. If you are so concerned about American Made, you better not shop in Wal-Mart, Target, Macys, etc. etc as most of the clothing comes from Mexico, Tawain, China, Japan, Turkey, etc. Shoes, especially sport shoes, 99% of that comes from China. Produce such as lettuce, during the off season comes from Mexico through Nogales, AZ and Calexico, CA. Yes we refine about 75-80% of our gasoline but about 80% of the oil comes from abroad. The sum total is if you want to strictly adhere to Buy American, you will be riding in a horse drawn wagon/carriage, or riding a pony, and going out as Lady Godiva.

3. Do I drop ship? First of all, that is absoluutely NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS how I run my business, nor is it anybody's business how you run your business. I would never be so presumptous as to inquire from anybody how they conduct their business, but I will answer that question this time. To understand why I do certain things, you must understand that I am a disabled american veteran and I live on a veteran disability pension (100% disability). A few people know about my disability, but I dont use that as an excuse to promote me. I am now legally bliund, and the VA has provided me with software for the visually impared veteran from a company called EVAS, (google EVAS), In addition, I am now in kidney failure and had to have a surgical procedure called a fistula so that I can go on dialysis. There are a lot of things that I CANT do anymore, but that doesnt mean I am willing to lay down and wait to die. I just have to make concessions in life that allow me to perform certain functions that a non-disabled person can do without thinking, so yes, I dropship. If that presents a problem to anyone, then by all means take your business elsewhere. I have survived 68 years without the two of you conducting business with me.

Do I guarantee my products? Yes the guarantee comes from either the manufacturer or the distribution center or both.

Why dont I set up a freight calculator? It is impossible to do that when your source of supply comes from four different suppliers (with two more that I have applied to but have not received approval yet)

NOW, I dont for one minute believe that these questions are the same questions that you asked annimae, bwecause you know that annimae has taken over the shipping and mailing supply business from xxx OR she is fronting the business . its difficult for someone to try and B*** SH**** a life-long professional B*** Sh****, So dont even go there.

Finally, your reputation on OLA far and away preceeds your arrival, and your reputation is as negative as they come. I am surprised that you have not been removed from OLA as much hate and discontent as you have created. I feel that had you performed your little games on eBay (as much as I despise that company) you would have been removed and permanently banned. I have watched you on the boards, as well as the Wednesday Night Wave for several weeks now. You (especially) along with her black listing sellers,, and one other are four sellers that I refer to as "The Four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse". I will try and be polite to you as I would to anyone, but I have you barred from my site. Frankly stated. I do not want to conduct any business with you. Particularly you Natalie after your response to my other half a couple of weeks ago when my other half (Annette 7747) tried to calm the "rough seas"
and your beyond lowly response with reference to Metzy Mom and Dusty Corners (whom Annette doesnt know or had any dealings with) having sex with their obese husbands. That remark does not even rise up to the level of "Trailer Park Trash"

So in conclusion, you can keep your business, and if I do not sell a single item to anyone, thats okay also. I JUST DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU PERIOD

So to summarize...

You don't like Metzymom, DustyCorners or RoyalTreasures.

You seriously need to learn the use of paragraphs to make your postings more readable.

You make use of dropshippers. You didn't actually come out and admit this one, but it became obvious.

You are aware that Google doesn't like dropshippers and has been dropping listings by sellers who use them?

Remember that frequently asked question, "Why can't you just move on?" Well, reading this pretty well covers it for nearly every poster I'm betting. Deceit, malevolence, you name it. It's there in incredible proportions. The personality of this place spells out the entire corporate mindset. Each site does. It's just that a person could float around online selling/buying cyberspace for many years and I doubt they could ever again equal the loathsome behavior found here for the sum of $8 a month!

This does not belong in Scam, Frauds, and Phishing.

Your last post makes no sense as it seem to be in reply to nothing. Were you meaning to respond to the comments about CardManLou in the other thread you posted this same carp in?
