The Bidvillers, overstockers, HBers, lowbidders and the like have scattered all over the net in search of a new online marketplace which bests suits their needs IMHO.
Have you attempted to do a google search and see if their items or user names come up anywhere? |

| I don't know where most ended up, but I do know a couple (I think mainly with postcards, possibly other kinds of cards) have been using Delcampe and reporting success with that venue in a few posts here. If you found one of the older threads in the BV forum here where several folk were discussing where to go last year, and ask your question to that thread, many would probably get an email the thread has been updated, and might choose to answer. Maybe they could have a "get together". :D |

Three days ago I spoke with a Postcard seller who is giving Delcampe a serious look. I suspect other sellers of the same type of paper are contmplating the same.
''Not I,'' said the Little Red Hen.

| Hey there SportsCardKing, I for one (former BV'er) am still alive and kicking. Moved over to Ecrater and Atomic Mall for now. I'm interested myself as to what happened to some of the folks at BV. Tails Card Cellar for one. He always had time to answer a question or two on these boards, along with JustJoan and others. Maybe some other former members will come along and report back. Anyway good selling to all. |

Thats me JustJoan,
I moved to BluJay and have been very happy there. Sales work for me and site is so easy to work with. But that's my preference and do like the word FREE.
I also started putting handmade and antique items on Etsy, you do have to pay there, but for 20cents you have a 4 months listing with lots of pics.
Selling there here and there.
They both work well for me, and still plugging on yahoo groups and on Google.
Also joined twitter and post plugs of items there, great exposure on that one.
So there you have it long winded ol bitty still around. |

| Hey there JustJoan, glad to see you are doing well. I'm still plugin away at Ecrater and it sounds like you are doing alright at Blujay. Glad to hear from you. Best of sales. |

I heard from Hillbilly several months ago. Seems he really did toss his computer out the window this time (after threatening to so many times)! :? Don't believe he's returned to selling.
Beach......I have no idea, but she was still around a year or so ago. Don't know that she was selling, but was posting on another site.
Does anyone know where Dreamgirl disappeared to? I miss her lectures!  |

Yep I was a Bidville Member too. I signed up with BV when they were called Auxpal. Remember that? They were Auxpal in 2000, Then shortly after that they changed their name to Bidville. I was there till the end when they closed. I put my 7 1/2 years there.
I am On BISI, EC and Half. Doing Well, and loving it. Good Luck Everyone! |
