Hi,
I released Charge When Ship Made Easy two months ago, and it's becoming pretty popular. It's a neat simple tool for Amazon Pro Merchants that makes order confirmation easy. Basically, you click on one button, and your unshipped orders get confirmed. And it's free. :)
http://www.OglieOglie.com/cws.htm
Here's how it works:
1. Start CWSMadeEasy
2. (Optional: set a cutoff time to confirm only orders received by a certain date/time)
3. Click "Confirm all outstanding orders"
4. You are done!
Endicia users are also in luck, since CWS Made Easy can automatically get tracking numbers out of Endicia and plug them into CWS confirmations.
Limitations:
* Amazon Pro Merchants only
* All countries (US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Japan)
* Mac version is available upon request
Give it a try! And, yes, the tool is free. Really. :)

@cohibastore.com: Actually, my most appreciative clients don't use Endicia.
The value is that without CWSMadeEasy you have to go to Amazon's website, view your orders, click on the first one, type in the shipping date, click confirm, go back, click on the second order, type in the shipping date, click confirm, go back, click on the third one... And you wait for each page to load.
With CWSMadeEasy, you just click on "Confirm my outstanding orders", and you are done. One click. |

Oglie - does your tool have the ability to show any sort of list of outstanding orders so that a seller can double-check all HAVE been shipped? As it gets more popular, will you consider adding an interface so that a seller could unselect a few that aren't actually ready to ship, but still confirm the rest with one click? Just a thought. Does your tool provide a way to add tracking info (when applicable)? I'm picturing a table sort of thing.
@cohiba - in the related PSU thread From Amazon - No Payment Until You Ship you said "It adds another layer to processing amazon orders which is already tedious compared to my ebay orders." You might consider giving Oglie's program a try, though I would be more comfortable suggesting this if the program were made available through one or more of the very well known software download sites that check for malware, such as download.com or castlecops.com or others. I did wonder why I did not find any other Amazon software written by Oleg when he says he's been authorized by Amazon to do so for 5 years:

Anyway, I look forward to hearing from a PSU member who decides to give this a try. :) |

I wouldn't. I would always want to enter, at the time each item is actually shipped, the shipping date, carrier, service, and tracking number.
On a slightly different note, I was really hoping that CWS would increase the amount of feedback left by customers. It has not for me. I don't think I've received even one single feedback since starting CWS several weeks ago. My rating has dropped to a very dismal 91% now. :( |

@purple_reading_giraffe: I'll definitely consider the functionality you described if I get enough requests for it. Actually, most of the improvements I made to the tool were based on customer requests. :)
Currently, sellers who use the tool make sure that only the right orders get confirmed by using the cutoff date/time functionality (e.g. "confirm all orders received by 3 PM today"). That said, I know that a good number of them just confirm all outstanding orders.
Also, great point about download.com and others. I'll make Charge When Ship Made Easy available through established download sites.
[Upd.: Charge When Ship Made Easy has been granted Trusted Software Certification by TopShareware (certified free of malware, spyware, or viruses).
You can now download Charge When Ship Made Easy from TopShareware.com ]
@Angelsong777: I have not heard of anyone getting a feedback bump because of CWS either.
CWSMadeEasy lets you set the shipping date, default carrier and shipping method for your confirmations, and then confirm them all together.
You would have to use Amazon's interface, though, if you'd like to enter tracking numbers for your shipments. |

if you are not going to enter any shipping information what's the point of your proggie? it just sounds like an immoral of not illegal work around amazons TOS and system.

| @cohiba: You can enter shipping information. You can enter the shipping date, the carrier, and the shipping method. Amazon's TOS specifically state that only the shipping date is required. |

I would need this function. I can't use the program without it. |

| @joflora: Thanks! How often would you need to uncheck a few items - is it an every day thing, or is it more of an exception? |

| That's pretty often... I'll consider adding order "unchecking" functionality. In the meantime, you can probably use CWSMadeEasy on the days when you don't have delayed orders, if you'd like to save time that way. |

Sorry but it's either all or nothing with me. I won't remember to use it on the days when I could. It either gets integrated into the whole schedule or I pass.
Let me know if/when you get that implemented. :) |

| Tough crowd. While I'm not an Amazon Pro Merchant it sounds like a winner to me Oleg. |
