In fact, you have my permission to share this with anyone
who may fall victim to PayPal, anywhere in the world.
PayPal has paid 9.5 Million US Dollars,
rather than have a judge or jury decide their guilt.

I have always been a defender of PayPal.
Why should I not?
I joined PayPal at the very outset, when they were x.com.
When PayPal went public, they contacted me personally and I became
one of the first shareholders at the time of their IPO
(Initial Public Offering).
I have operated the very same online business for 7 years now?
And for as long as PayPal has had their doors open for business,
all that time, I have offered PayPal as a payment preference.
I use the PayPal debit card. I shop online with PayPal.
I have never had a problem with PayPal, period.
Until today!
Today, after doing the very same business they have been very happy
to do with me from their very beginnings, even at times when they
assigned a special account representative to my account, who took a
personal interest in my business, knowing full well, obviously,
all about my business, they decided that today, they would arbitrarily
and without benefit of any opportunity for any discussion, notice,
appeals, relief, none of the common and customary generally accepted
business practices, not to even dare mention ethics,
they would just close my account! Period! No appeal allowed!
They cite that I sell a software program online entitled,
"How To Build An MLM Empire, Using The Internet",
the same software program I have offered with PayPal as a payment
option since they began offering their services.
They cite that they are totally against and must have nothing to do with
Network Marketing.
Never mind that they began by networking PayPal itself!
Offering in the beginning, $10 for each new member you refer to them.
Later reduced to $5, but still offering a similar networking opportunity,
paying members for referring other businesses, to this very day!
Never mind that they have previously paid 9.5 million dollars in a
settlement for such exact same tactics as perpetrated against me today!
Well, it is my humble opinion, and in the US, I think we still have a
legal and legitimate right to express our opinions, that PayPal got off
very easy on the previous 9.5 million dollar settlement.
I do not intend to settle, ever, for any amount, out of a court of law.
Clearly, PayPal wants to go here again, and I am their huckleberry.
If you know anybody, anywhere in the entire world, who has been
discriminated against, in violation of their civil liberties,
because they are a networker, please have them join me in a NEW,
never to be settled out of court lawsuit by emailing details to
wtia@wtia.net
This may take 6 months, 6 years, it does not matter how long it takes.
But since they were willing to part with $9.5 million previously,
in order to keep their tactics out of the light of a judge or jury's
scrutiny, well, just think how justice could prevail in the end.

and I would like it if you would pass this on to everybody on the entire
Internet, worldwide.
In closing for now, I have always LOVED PayPal, I have always DEFENDED
PayPal against matters like this, knowing that I have done the very
same business with PayPal with no changes whatsoever from their start,
so I just could never believe the stories others told me about PayPal.
STEALING their money! I dismissed it, thinking, yeah, right!
I mean those folks must have done something illegal, right?
Now, honestly, I think that, looking back, the difference has been
that I have always paid out all the funds due referral sales every day,
and therefore my account never had a whole lot of money in it, per se.
But with the recent server crash we suffered,
and with falling behind in being able to make payments out of PayPal,
the funds built up, they saw that, and they simply decided they would
like to have the money! Nothing else makes any sense really,
given the fact that my business is the same today as every day prior,
so there has always been a legally implicit agreement, clearly.
Well, in the end, these are your funds really,
not mine or PayPal's, and I promise you here and now that I will be
contacting not only my own attorney's but the very same ones who
brought PayPal to the settlement table previously. In fact,
that process began today. Stay tuned for further developments.

At the very least, I believe that "fair warned is fair armed".
