And no that's not my Ecrater store, sorry. My eCrater store is heartofvirginiaantiques.com, I added a 'Free US Shipping' to my logo, it's kind of small, but it was the best I could do.

You could also add the free shipping to the text on your home page.

Yep. It depends on your setup, though. Ideally you would I think want that type of info on every page which means a template edit somewhere along the line. Lots of ways to add this kind of info that for whatever reason Google or eCrater doesn't find relevant. I don't know about y'all but I think that type of information is something that should both be seen and reapeated.

Google is limiting what is allowed and eCrater has to follow their rules or your items aren't accepted, just like on any other site that feeds to GB. With your BISI store you can place this type information at the bottom of the description or you can create another field in listings to place a boilerplate.

I have taken the blah blah blah out of about 1/2 my eCrater and BISI items and none have been rejected. The free shipping at the bottom of the description was the killer!

I've had several people email me over the past few days before they pay with this: When will this ship it doesn't say? It's frustrating but we don't get to make the rules sure would be more fun if we did!

And that's when I reply -- as stated on my terms page (link) and my FAQ page (link) it takes blah blah blah.
MAYBE shoppers will learn to loog for things or at least ask before buying.


I have stores on another site and it's in the listings TWICE that it takes 15 business days and people just don't read it!
