Hey North. Well, PayPal already has hold on the money so I really don't have it now. What's wrong with making the bum wait for his money? If I ever see him around, I will refund his order before I'll ever consider shipping to him....

I wasn't thinking of him/her.
It has been many years since I accepted paypal but depending on the buyers payment method I believe they used to charge the seller something like $10.00 if they used a credit card and paypal did the refunding?
I could be wrong as it has been a long time though.
If I am I hope someone will bring me up to date on their current practices.
Just trying to save you $10.00 if I could drleadbasedpaint2 |

I think paypal charge $10 for charge backs lost by seller.I am not sure.
But google checkout charge $10 for each lost charge back & merchant accounts more than $10.
Plus it will be on seller's history and may affect future claims made by buyers as paypal will look into it. |
