Hi,
I have purchased and used the google checkout for at least two month.
Recently, I found the Google checkout order has some problems about updating the Order after the customer paid for the Order.
Here is the case:
Both orders are checkout at the same minute.
Order ID: 578162 -- Customer A checkout for buying Item 1 from Joomla with google checkout, but not paid for the order
Order ID: 578163 -- Customer B checkout for buying Item 2 from Joomla with google checkout, and paid for the order
Finally, 578162 was updated with Customer B information for buying Item 1 and the status changed to Confirm.
But 578163 does not updated any with buying Item 2 and the status kept in Pending.
Actual Result:
578162 - Customer A Information, Item 1, Confirmed Status
578163 - Customer B Information, Item 2, Pending Status
Expected Result:
578162 - Customer A Information, Item 1, Pending Status
578163 - Customer B Information, Item 2, Confirmed Status
Please advise how to prevent the above problem. |
