Recently my sells is increasing.
I can sign in to add new item and make amendment.
But I try review my shop as a buyer. It shows no items for every category.
Why ! have anyone tried this before ?
Was my account being suspended or system bug ?
No warning !! Why ?
Can anyone tell me ? Please

looks like Ecrater suspended you, and yes they do not warn you. I would suggest you read over their terms, correct your error and request reinstatement.
Pretty graphic image on home page, did you list your items in adult section? |

Same thing happened to me, and I sell homemade stuff and was suspended. They give you no reason like ebay, so you don't know what you can even do to correct the problem. There are some bad changes over at Ecrater, and they are becoming more like Ebay everyday. Besides Ebay, Craigslist and Amazon, Ecrater was the only other place that generated a few decent sales. It only cost you time to put up the ads because there are no fees, but if they take down all your ads it is just not worth it.
Looks like Ecrater has gone bad or is under some kind of legal pressure to change. Most if not all Ecrater sales come from Google search placement and it looks like Google is making them change the way you can list items. I will take a break form them for a while, but it is looking more like the death knell for Ecrater. |

If you get suspended at eCrater it is because you are using pictures that are not yours , your items are not listed in the right categories (like having adult stuff in collectibles), using nonsensical titles (you need to have the item in the title like nightgown, etc.), selling knock-off items or like items are not allowed. Read the rules and you will know why you were suspended. Also the rules state that you can be suspended without warning and it is up to you to fix whatever is the problem and email admin to get them to reinstate you. The listings are still there, they are just not visible to buyers until the problem is fixed.
Ecrater is not at all like ebay. I have sold many items there with no fees I might add, and have not had a problem. I have 7 stores and none of them have been suspended. Many sellers come to Ecrater, open a store, and sit back and wait for sales. This is not how it happens. You have to do self promotion there as it is not done for you. |

Google sets the guidelines for what is and isn't acceptable this has nothing to do with eCrater. GB is now finally enforcing the Excessive Caps in titles, boilerplates and shipping information included in descriptions.
If anyone is becoming more like eBay, it's Google! :shock:

IT looks like your store is suspended. You seem to have Adult Items. Were they all in the adult section? Also I think you are not allowed to show any kind of nudity or vulgar shots in the pictures(but not positive on that one). Ecrater does not warn you about illegal postings or material(They just delete them or close you down). You also have to use your own pictures(not someone else's)Its the store sellers responsibility to read what is and what is not acceptable on the site on the FAQ site. You can contact them and ask but it usually takes several days(or more) to get back to you(Contact form on main Ecrater page at bottom right-click on contact)

Ecrater is nothing like eBay. The changes your referring to(About Boilerplates, descriptions, shipping, etc) are coming from Google. They are forcing the change, and Ecrater is not the only place. They will get around to all other marketplaces to and force them to do the same or risk becoming cut from google seaches also
I think Google is becoming the big problem and wanting to control to much(But then there is no other place that can really challenge them is there) |

| If you do get reinstated you may want to rewrite your Home Page, About Us and Terms. Although I understood what you were trying to say, my first impression was "yikes, what does that mean." I would suggest having someone fluent in English proof read your copy. |

Hi, thanks for every good members, you are really friends.
I have run my ecrater shop a long time and only add new items occasionally, so far, it has no problem, very few nudity items too.
But recently I joint twitter, and want more visitors, so I set ecrater as my default shop, and linked to facebook too. Recently, the sell seems increase, before, I sold only 3 or 4 items monthly, now I sold more than 10 items within these few days, more visitors is not a good thing, it may cause more explosure and more complaint, this is the reason I guested why I was suspended.
Today, I found I can sign in my shop, but cannot see the product too. The worst is I got some product not yet posted to some buyers. Ecrater works like ebay, no warning, after being suspended you cannot see your product, it force the buyer to give you negative rating and claim refund from paypal, seller can do nothing, finally they close your shop and account, and let you disappeared suddenly. Seller seems no way to contact them. |

| Perhaps you would be better off with your own website, most marketplaces are fairly strict about adult items and content with nudity. :? |
