This was the message I got on my newly created account. Anyone else getting this? For the record I did do any of the things described in the message.
Quote: › docWrite("quote")There is no Google Merchant Center feed for your store. You are using your eCRATER store URL in another Google Merchant Center account and as a result we are not feeding your products to Google Merchant Center. You must remove this second account if you wish eCRATER to handle this. If you have an account with other marketplaces that submit to Google Product Search please make sure you remove your account with these marketplaces as well or at least disable Google Merchant Center submission.

Are you using the same store name and products on another venue?
That would be my first guess, or do you have a GB account set up with the same store name. Google is getting strict about double listings and using the same store names is a big red flag!
I would contact admin to get the answers, all anyone else can do is speculate. |

| No definately not. It's a brand new ecrater store. I was hoping I wasn't the only one affected by this. I would start all over again with another store but I like the name I chose. |

Before starting over, I would certainly contact support. Did you look through the forum to see if others were experiencing the same issue?
Sumthin's wrong! |

| I would ask the admin because I just listed some items and all my products but 1 have been sent and accepted by Google. |

Even if ecrater feeds start working they are sent only twice per week to Google.Mine sometimes only once per week even though I update my store every day while stores like bonanzle send it to Google 1 hour after you update your store.
I think other stores like Atomic mall, Ebid etc is faster in sending feeds to Google compared to Ecrater. |

The feeds haven't been down at eCrater.
Stores who have experienced missing items or problems with feeds, either have boilerplates, shipping info in titles (free mentioned), have items double listed, blah blah blah. Somehow their items are breaking Googles rules.
It's not eCrater that is rejecting items, it's Google, eCrater is the middle man.
True eCrater only submits twice a week, but from what I was reading (could be bad info) Google wants items submitted daily. So perhaps our items will be getting submitted more often, I too listed daily and would love daily submissions.
If your feeds are being rejected, you need to contact admin. |

| I suppose I have to contact the admin, but since the store is new and there's nothing on there I wonder if it might be quicker just to delete the account and start it up again under the same store name and email and see what happens. |

| I have 7 stores and they have all been uploaded to Google the 19th and 20th. How many items do you have? I think that might have something to do with it - I'm not sure though. You will get an answer as soon as they have time to check it out. You need to contact admin and tell them. Or if you have them listed on another store. |

Starting over with the same name and email address yet expecting something different to happen?
Sounds like smashing your head into a brick wall, because it feels so good when you stop. |

I only put up two items before I started getting the message. It could have happened after one item so I'm not certain. Anyway I deleted all 3 items and started over and I'm going to see what happens. So far the message is gone after I deleted all my items. |

| Perhaps you should start listing the second time with the last item from the first time around and see if the message returns. |

| Well so far I don't see anything but it's still early. Right now I'm getting a "There is no Google Merchant Center feed for your store." message, which I'm assuming is what everyone sees within the first few hours or day after they've listed something? I'm not certain. I think there might even be a problem at Google since I was able to find another person with this exact problem on the ecrater forum. Other ppl are complaining about other issues with the feed and being disapproved, etc. |

| I know when I had a store a Bonanzle individuals had to upload their stores to Google. I remember until I had a certain # of items it wouldn't upload. I think it was 10 or maybe 20. I can't remember. |

| Ok, it just happened again. Same message about the feed. Weird. I hate when problems arise just when I start off on something new. Couldn't they wait like a week after I've put all my stuff up to start having these issues? |
