When our site began converting accounts to comply with Google's new policies, I ran into this same issue. Some members had pre-existing Google Base feeds, and as a result we were unable to create new MCA sub-accounts within our own core account due to the duplicate addresses.
Do you currently have a private Google Base account with any kind of data feed attached to it? If so, it may be interfering with EC's attempt to set up your feed.

Until you fix the issue - on google - you will continue to get this message.
" You are using your eCRATER store URL in another Google Merchant Center account "
You should NOT enter your store URL in google base ANYWHERE! |

It is just better to totally avoid Ecrater right now. To many changes and no info or help from Ecrater.
Plus I heard their google checkout integration was hacked, allowing scammer to withdraw directly from your merchants account. |

| He's managed to pick up two yellow cards so far. Shouldn't take long before he's banned altogether. |

If a person thinks about it, you KNOW it's just false.
Even the owner of a GC account can't withdraw from the account as far as I know. The way it works is Google makes a deposit to your bank account after a payment clears.
IF there is a way scammers can get to change your bank info it would only be AT Google and not at eCrater.
Now if they said that about PP, then maybe some breach could give them access to your account, but even that is more likely a problem on the PP side than at eC.
Just NOT a credible rumor at all.

There was a hacker on ghostmarket that said he did it all the time. All he did was replace the Merchant ID and key with his own in the checkout. |

Can you provide a credible link to this info in any site including any forums so that we can inform GC if there is any such problem before any damage is done to sellers account.
Otherwise you are just spamming the board after some day dreams. |

Unfortunately, ghostmarket was raided by the cops and taken down, so their forums are gone. Safe to say with all the problems and changes going on at Ecrater, it is better to stay away until the dust settles. Even if it is free, all your listings and hard work could be wiped out or your google checkout hijacked. |
