|
|
Hey guys! Newbie to this forum....
Im quite annoyed! I love iOffer, and I had one account going well. I know you can have more than one iOffer account, so I made a new one to sell different items in a different store...
Anyway, I know you have to add your credit card to upgrade to a seller account...
Well....... I keep adding it and it keeps coming up "Credit cards are not currently accepted for payment for the items you are trying to sell" and brings up the screen for prepaying the account. I had NO problem adding my credit card in my other account that was selling the same type of items!
I've literally tried like 5 different cards, and none work!
Has this happened to anyone else? Any input would be appreciated! |

Welcome to PSU.
Have you tried contacting iOffer administration about your problem? |

I did, I emailed them and got a message about putting in a customer service request, which I already did!
I prepaid the account so that I could list, but I still have to list a lot of my stuff in the Miscellaneous category! |

Ioffer only allows one credit card per store. If you entered the credit card you are talking about into the Ioffer system and then took it out at some point you can't use it again. Once the credit card number is in the Ioffer system it can't be moved at all. The credit card number you are having problems with is lost for good on Ioffer because you tried to use it twice or tryed to move it. You get one shot per credit card and have to leave it alone the first time you use it.
You will have to get another credit card to use and you will only beable to install the new credit card one time on one store. If you remove the new credit card the new credit card will be useless on Ioffer just like your old credit card. |

From IOffer help pages:
If you're having issues placing your credit or debit card on file, please ensure that:
you have entered all information exactly as it appears on your card
your card is not expired
your card is verified through your bank and credit card company
you did not use the same card with another iOffer account
If you're still experiencing issues with your credit or debit card, please submit a customer service request and one of our representatives will assist you with specific credit or debit card issues.
Here is the customer service info:

I am sorry I couldn't be of more help.
My spouse and I do not sell on IOffer.
Too many products appear to be counterfeit for us to place our products there. |

Hi Serone,
Here's a related post:

If you have checked that all information provided are correct and that the card has been verified through your bank and card company and yet, you still get the same problem, then, I'm afraid you would have to add a different card.
iOffer Admin might also be able to give you another option.
Cheers, |

| Yea, I agree might be a sign. Ioffer was once a good place I have to admit but with all the illegal items and if one brings it up they are banned. Then some have complained their CC was overcharged one by 1000 dollars. All iOffer said- (they claimed) oops we will credit it back to you next month. I wonder if they paid his bounced checks too? |
