eCrater said sales on its system over the holiday weekend were up significantly from last year. Sales on the site, which is both a free web store builder and a free online marketplace, were up 101% on Thanksgiving compared to 2008. Sales were up 72% year-over-year on Black Friday, and were up 53% year-over-year on Cyber Monday.

A small seller like me got $400 worth of sale on dec 2nd & 3rd itself.
It was beyond my expectation and it was better than my ebay sales.
Also I can keep a major share of my profits.

My holiday weekend was awesome as well, I even sold stuff on Thanksgiving Day...Monday was good too.
But Yesterday I actually got tired of packing items up! :lol:

I think the sales actually depend on how the items are ranked in google products(i don't promote else where except psu) .
Some times my products are ranked in google products higher and get a lot of sales at once.
Sometimes the ranking will be low and there will be no sales for days.

I have had a store at ecrater for about 3 years. Had one listing in it and did nothing with it. I listed some items in it today and opened google checkout.
If it goes ok I will quit listing much on ebay. Will probably keep 2 or 3 listings on ebay just for kicks. I only run 10 to 20 on ebay now. That still runs the bill up. Ebay is expensive with poor results. |

eCrater sales have been getting better every year.
It takes a little while to become established but once you are, the sales come in quite frequently.

Thanks goldenlady.
I plan to put about 100 listings on eceater. That's about all I can manage with my other listings. I don't want to duplicate any items on my websites but I have plenty of inventory.
I am still trying to figure out what google attributes are . I understand what attributes mean when referring to a person but what attributes does a carburetor have? LOL.
Also having trouble with understanding key words for my adwords. I have problems understanding google sometimes.
This is my slow time of the year so I have time to experiment. My business picks up in march and I don't have much spare time then until next november, |

Is that carburetor new, used or refurbished?
That is an attribute.
