PayPal sent an email to eBay sellers last week notifying them that they had enabled Bill Me Later as a payment option on sellers' listings. Sellers were told that when select PayPal buyers check out on eBay, they'll see a "Buy now, pay later" payment option that includes introductory offers such as $25 off and 90 days to pay.
The offers to buyers are funded by Bill Me Later and credited directly to the buyer's Bill Me Later account, and PayPal told eBay sellers they would not see any change to how they are paid for their eBay sales.
