Is there anyway to contact a tech at igoogle via phone? My checkout is screwed up and I really need to talk to a live person.

Any chance this is possible? If you have a phone # could you PM me?

Thanks - I'm not having any luck in the forums - it's a ghost town. The phone # says to go to the website which tells you to submit an e-mail and will take several hours for a response. I want to resolve this issue now - not hours or days from now.

I'm totally frustrated....

The usual support email for GCO is checkout-support@google.com.

I think dedicated phone support don't exist yet for GCO.

You might have better luch trying to call the number tomorrow during normal business hours.

You have to go through a menu but mess with it til you get a live person. This could mean pressing 0 (zero) to get around the system to a live person.
