This morning I got an email titled "Special Offer for eCRATER Member: knappschiles - Christmas Sales from WeOffer.com"
A nice slick looking email. But considering they are offering things like all kinds of unlocked cells, Uggs, and "Tiffany" for really great prices, it looks like Chinese fake junk.
Not that it's hard to get my email, but the fact that they sent it to "eCrater member" bothers me. I wonder if they are somehow harvesting stuff there at eC.
I didn't click on anything either as I wonder if the site itself could be one of those infected places.
Anyway, watch out.

You should contact Dimitri or Mick through the contact form on eCrater and let them know what is going on.
I am sure they wouldn't be too thrilled with the spamming of their members. |

| I haven't tried, but I'm sure it's not too difficult to find out who's selling on eCrater. |

Those idiots send me also a spam email.
I think they are collecting emails from ecrater contact us page where the info is not hidden.
I also don't want to buy any fake chinese items.

I know that my email isn't hard to find at several sites.
I've been getting a couple of these Chinese emails every week. But most of them are just text and often in bad English.
This one was quite slick looking with pics and a nice layout. That's what makes me wonder about it leading to some site that would hijack the computer. It's almost too professional looking. As some hacker would probably try to make his "fishing lure".

| Ditto here Carol. At least I stopped getting the email that told me I had millions somewhere in South America and all I had to do was contact them. Didn't know I was so lucky. |

| Lately, I've been getting invitations to an imitation of Facebook. In this case, the F & the C are in the right positions. I won't mention the other two letters. I'm sure you can figure them out. |
