ProPay (www.propay.com), an industry leader in end-to-end data security encryption, credit card processing, and electronic payment services, announced the lineup for its 2010 Data Security Summit set for March 9-10, 2010 at The Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah.

| Is ProPay a good payment service? I read some of the older threads here on PSU, and most folks didn't have good things to say, but think one of the threads was from 2008. |

| I've been using ProPay for close to 6 months now. I don't care for the merchant area of their site, it is a bit cumbersome, but no problem with their service thus far. |

Their Basic account carries with it, a yearly fee of $34.95. For that, you can accept Visa and Mastercard only and pay a fee of 3.5% plus 35˘ per transaction. You also have to pay a fee 35˘ to be able to transfer money to your checking account. There is a $1000 maximum processing amount as well.
The Premium account charges $59.95 and allows you to accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover at the rate of 3.25% plus 35˘ AND American Express at the rate of 3.75% plus 35˘. A 30˘ transfer fee and a monthly processing limit of at least $3,000.
There are three membership levels higher...Premium Plus, Platinum and Custom, each with their own costs and advantages. |
