For those of you who would like specific evidence of iOffer.com's response time, I have posted an issue I needed to get taken care of this afternoon. This has been pretty much the norm as far as how quickly I have received responses on this site over the last 3 years or so.
You (ME)
I would like to request for a refund/credit for the following transaction: \n\nRef #: 2007xxxx \n\nReason: Buyer Error \n\nExplanation: Customer accidentally purchased same items twice, likely due to refreshing browser.

So 73 minutes later, I had my response & my account funds returned. Those times above are in PST.
That's a good deal!
Have a great weekend everyone!

You will, of course be running the test a few thousand more times, to get a true benchmark, won't you?
Otherwise, this could simply be an anomaly. |

Well, I don't need to run any tests. I have had service like this from iOffer.com for the last 3+years, so it is hardly an anomaly like you suggest. Average time that I have experienced has been within 5 hours.
I just posted this for informational purposes only to allow people to make a more educated decision based on factual experiences and not speculation.
Bye bye now

It's nice that you are so happy there.
I, for one, will never list my products on a site so infested with counterfeits.
So, nothing can be said that would change my thinking about IO. |

I've read others who have waited weeks and months for a response.
So it seems that you are indeed an anomaly. |

Cool, Cool. The less sellers over there, the less competition I need to worry about. Since I don't sell fakes, wannabe LV or Coach products, I don't need to worry about any of the drama that comes with that.
There are fakes on every single auction/marketplace venue. Most of the customers know they are fakes and keeps these sellers alive & thriving. Retail chains have been caught reselling them.
So what. It doesn't affect me. It doesn't affect the manager or factory workers that are actually producing on the same assembling lines as the supposedly "real" Brands in a negative way. The Chinese manager makes more money, the factory workers make more money in having to work longer hours to produce the extra 40K bags the manager tacks onto the original LV order. The customer gets the same bag at the fraction of the cost because it is missing the "Official" endorsement of LV or Coach or whatever brand. It's not like this is a secret or anything. Classic supply & demand. And we Americans are demanding those bags. If the demand dries up, so will the bags.
The big bad fake LV seller, then takes those nice greenbacks and has to go to the local Best Buy and purchases another computer system and has upgraded their system with the latest wireless N gadgets. This in turn helps Best Buys profits on a sale they would not have normally received which is all due to the CUSTOMER wanting a LV purse but could not pay triple the price the actual purse is worth.
I know it's all terrible!
Just another reason for a fixed National Sales Tax & dump the current tax code.
That way, everyone pays taxes based on what you purchase. Even hookers & drug dealers & those 12 million illegal aliens from south of the border will be paying into your social security & our national defense. We would have more money than we know what to do with.
Corporations wouldn't even have to hide their money in offshore accounts. They all like to buy stuff eventually.
Well once again, you ladies have a great weekend.
