Auction site owners and high-ticket items sellers,
To whom it may concern,
Our company works with internet auctions and specific expensive items sellers to protect their interests in court in the even of auction non-payment. Our attorneys will litigate any non-payment case in civil court until it is settled or resolved. We currently work with Ebay Motors dealers to provide fast relief and settlements.
Please take a look at our website eVeritas.com to see how it works for Ebay Motors dealers. You can also see the service presentation at DealerPar.com.
We are ready to develop a custom solution for your auction website from the legal standpoint. We can protect your and your sellers interests and offer dedicated support.
There will be no upfront fees, the lawyers simply deduct their fee from the settlement, once it is reached.
Eligibility:
- The item should have the price of $2,500 and above;
- The buyer should be a citizen of US; the verifiable info about the buyer should be provided;
If you are interested I would be more than happy to schedule a call to discuss all details and options. |

The pissed off buyer can then legally file SNAD , return the item and can get all money (including shipping) from ebay.
The seller is also hit with negative feedback,low DSR etc.
Seller is also supposed to pay upto 50% in fees of the amount due from the buyer as your service charge.
The deadbeats usually don't have a good credit score to begin with.So most don't care about legal claims.
So what is the point of using this service ?
The seller can easily re-list the item and sell it to next buyer with almost the same price or higher and he only loose a small listing fee.Its is really cheap.
Your service is good if a seller really want to piss of a customer. |

I think you got it wrong. The deadbeat does not pay for the item, so he never gets it in first place. We can help you get something from him other than a negative feedback. The credit score does not matter when you face a judgement of any kind. |

The buyers don't pay after they discover the auction final price exceeds their expectations. That's how it works with Ebay Motors no reserve auctions at least.
I think we have a bit of misunderstanding here. |

JjJ, they can't file SNAD after they have been sued.
However, a judgement against them will affect their credit rating. If good, it will go down a notch, and if bad, it will still go down a notch. |

| How do you get the winning bidders to sign a customized contract when they know they are not going to pay? |

eVeritas is basically offering to function as a collection agent.
Do you also offer your services to buyers who have ripped off by shady eBay sellers? |

Pay Pal represents the loser buyers and since it is the only accepted method of payment these rip off artists and such have all the support they need. .. all they have to do is cry... and thier money is refunded even when they are lying losers.
There are a few people out there enjoying my items they did not pay for.
Pay Pal represents them against me.
A servce for me and against the Dragons of this world would be welcome. |

The "customized contract" is not thing more than a Terms of Sale clause that gives us venue to sue in New York in case of non-payment. |

Not a collection agent. We will sue buyers for non-payment. |

That's what we are doing. We are protecting sellers interests. I realize that the minimum item price is quite significant right now (otherwise it makes it not worth it at this time), but we are looking forward to decrease it in future.
Basically, this is just a heads-up notice for the sellers from this forum. Most clients are Ebay Motors dealers with no-reserve auctions. |
