Hummmm.. I don't know about Matt. Sounds like good customer service is not his top priority? Quick shipping is important- but just as important, is Communication. Many buyers DO want you to hold their hand through the buying/selling process. Just a little 'communication' can put the buyer at ease- since they do not know the seller.
If Matt gets that upset, over one unpleasant email (brought on by himself, and I strongly suspect there were many more) , by not communicating with his buyer) Then he isn't 'cut out' for selling online. Waiting days and weeks to respond to emails does NOT make a good Ebay seller. Plus Matt has a very poor attitude, in my opinion. :roll: Betty Lou
