I got two sale notices from eCrater this morning and it said that the payments were made through PayPal, yet I got no notice from PayPal and the payments aren't in my PayPal account. Actually, there's been nothing updated in PayPal since yesterday.

The sales notices look exactly like any other sale notices, and I called the number of the buyer and I did leave a message, but the message matched up with the buyer. I left a message asking her to call back to see if she possibly thought about buying and then canceled or has PayPal screwed up.

Anyway, called PayPal and asked for transaction history and a recording said they couldn't do that because there are technical difficulties. I also have had on-and-off glitches signing into PayPal.

I would really hate to think that this customer paid for two ponchos and the payments were made through PayPal and put into someone else's account :roll:

So if anybody had any sales today that went through PayPal and yet didn't show up let me know, because usually when one person has a problem others are, too. :evil:

Update: The two orders I guess were canceled at the last minute. Customer called me back. Probably should have tried to make a sale, but it's been such a bad day that I didn't. Maybe I'll be smart and e-mail tomorrow, and let her know she can have the type she was looking for but the price is much, much higher because the type of yarn she wants is over four times the price as Lion Brand's Homespun :twisted:

So, EVERYBODY CAN START BREATHING EASY AGAIN :twisted: Or maybe not. After all this is PayPal we're talking about :roll:
