| I was suspended for supposedly violating feedback manipulation policy, I wasn't even aware of this rule and wasn't given a chance to fix it. Can anyone offer advice on this or give me a number to reach? I called them a few months ago and managed to reach someone real and had my account unbanned (after 2 years of being banned for something I didnt even do) and would like to be able to reach a real person again and fix this. |

I don't think that's something one can fix, make better, etc. by a phone call or anything else.
You might as well start over somewhere else.
What is it that you sell? |

i sell ebooks.
I was banned before over something ludicrous and fixed it with a phone call. after 2 years. |

That category is about as competitive blood sucking cruel for reports as any there is.
It's just going to happen again if you do the same thing over, other sellers are going to report you out of the system.
Are you sure eBay is the best place to sell your e-books? You might be carrying the same material as someone else and they want you out of there.
Do you know what happened with your listing that got it reported/removed/banned in the first place? |

originally, people were claiming i wasn't sending them books, when my listing stated it was an Ebook (and after virtual goods policy, i changed it to say 'this is a cd') and i was banned for 2 years and i finally got someone on the phone and cleared it up in 5 minutes.
Now, I know what happened. I went to the ebay forums to ask a question on something and someone there said I had violated lots of rules, he must be the one who reported me as it happened just afterwards. |
