Hi guys.

I wanted to let you know about PayPal Printmaster 2, a software solution I have developed to aid busy eBay sellers.

This desktop software checks your PayPal account every minute of the day for PayPal-paid orders, then, automatically

prints an A4 fully customizable dispatch sheet containing the customer address, item details, cost and postage

costs.

It also prints the recipient address bottom left for use with integrated labels sheets, and the also prints the

address bottom right, so you can simply fold the sheet in four, leaving the recipient address showing, which you can

then insert into a document wallet or simply stick to the parcel.

A nice touch also, is that it auto-formats addresses, so no more annoying lowercase addresses and postcodes!

If I were doing something else, I doubt that I would appreciate your software automatically taking control of my printer to print anything.

Besides, when I print labels or packing slips, I can do it with Paypal. If the buyer paid with Paypal, the information is pre-filled. If not, then I have to insert the information. Takes me about a minute or so to do.

And the only "label" I print, is a shipping label with postage and I don't want to do that until I'm ready to ship the item.

Just to address a few of them:

The software has a "Pause Printing" option, so although the orders would all download to the software automatically, you can tell them to print when you are ready to deal with them, so it wouldnt be taking over your printer at inconvenient times.

With the shipping label / postage / picking detail all on the same sheet I'm not sure of the negative aspect of this, as opposed to waiting until you are ready to send it, as your sheets would be ready for you as soon as you are ready to pack / dispatch.

I should also mention, that all the orders are stored on the desktop software, and are fully searchable, which saves a bit of time on logging into PayPal and searching.

this is interesting... please tell me more about this. I went to the website but had a few more questions.

I am located in USA and have buyers from USA and International, how does the software go about taking care of the postage? USA postage is USPS First Class, while International is Express Mail and a customs forms is required.
I would like PayPal to do my postage (with delivery confirmation for domestic, express mail for intl) as well since the tracking information gets tagged to the buyer so there cant be any disputes of non-arrival. I do not have a Dymo Printer and prefer not to get one either.

How does the software go about taking care of the postage?
