If the ebay importer works like the regular bulk file importer, it's gonna take some time 8)
It took 3 days for ecrater to complete processing a small 100 items import file. |

| I'd go see if the items are in your eCrater store and what changes you need to make. |

You might want to read the topic in the Ecrater Forum Located here about the eBay importer
http://community.ecrater.com/viewtopic.php?t=18887
If that doesn't answer your question then ask it there and you can usually get a answer pretty quick |

| My items finally imported from ebay but more than half did not have the pictures and the description is all jammed together. This is going to be a lot of work especially when there was 2489 items |

Will it be more work than listing them one at a time would be?
One thing to remember, is eCrater does not support the use of HTML in their listings, so that might explain part of your problems. |

 Whats up with ecrater, I tried importing my items from ebay and this is what it says.
bulk editing is not allowed, all future bulk files/ebay imports will be rejected
I hope this don't mean i will have to list all 2500 manually |

| I think that's what it means. Apparently ecrater has a restriction that users may only use the uploader to create new listings. You can't use it to adjust quantity, prices etc. |

Think I smell a RAT here!!
Maybe one with more than a little paranoia!
Haven't tried importer, but it's certainly there on ecrater in plain sight.
Why would they disable it....unless something's up? |

From what I understand, eCrater's importer is used to import your listings from eBay.
It's not to be used to try and do any kind of bulk editing of existing listings.
But the question I have is did the importer bring your eBay listings over? |

IF your items were bought over ONCE already you can't do it again. |

I want to move my half.com items from there to Ecrater, and I am not sure how. But I know I can download the list from half, and that listr file might be what Ecrater takes to load in?
Am I on the right track? I sell media with UPCs, so it should be fairler striaght forward. And I don't mind if I must redo pictures, as I have good scans of everything anyway. |
