I'm a new seller to ioffer and can't find out how to add my product pictures to the listings. I select to upload from my computer or upload from a URL and it all seems to work fine. It uploads and shows the pictures on the listing form. But in preview or viewing the actual listing all I get is "no photo available". I've tried as small as a 80 x 88 12.5kb jpg file and still get the same results.
what bugs me more is there seems to be no way to get help from ioffer to solve the issue ( none that I can find at least ). The help pages have no mention of this issue and give no email contact to get it resolved. They do however offer a snail mail address I can write into, like I can wait 2 weeks to get a reply and hope it's the one that will fix this.
Anyone here know what may be going on and how to get my pics added? Or even a email contact for ioffer help? |
