The volcanic eruption on Iceland may affect the delivery of shipments to many European countries. If your shipments are affected, we encourage you to reach out to buyers about the status of their orders. They will appreciate the efforts you make to keep them informed about their orders.
If you do not feel that you can reliably meet your current delivery promises given the uncertainty of this situation, we also encourage you to temporarily remove your ability to ship internationally or delist your products until conditions have improved. Please see our Help pages for more information about the options available for editing the delivery times and shipping service offers for your listings.
If you need to delist your product listings to temporarily remove them so they are not available for purchase until conditions improve, take one of the following actions: 1) Set the inventory quantity of each listing to '0' until you are able to resume delivery of orders, or 2) Set all of your listings to "Inactive" status using the Vacation Settings feature in your Settings area.
