Hello,

Hope some one can help me.

How to allow buyers to agree to terms and conditions before fast googlecheckout?

Also is there an option for this google checkout module if there is more than one payment option at last checkout page?

I don't use GC yet but I've been having problems with buyers merely NOT READING THE ITEM DESCRIPTION before clicking the buy button.

Twice in the past couple of weeks I've had buyers purchase an item off of my online store, pay for it, then become upset because I cannot ship something that weighs 20-100LBs to them.
I reply to them READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION please. Item MUST BE PICKED UP due to it's size or weight.

I mean how in the world am I to ship a vintage rocking chair across Texas??? Or a 20LB concrete Texas-shaped stepping stone?

Back to the OP. Hopefully someone who uses GC can come along and assist you without ranting.

I am also having this same problem. Buyers are reading the terms but ignoring it and detailing terms of payment, and shipping materials to be used.

I state that buyers are to ask questions and voice any concerns before items closes. Yet after it closes, buyers are stating that they need me to pack with extra materials beyond my professional packing I state that I do.

In other words, I am upfront with exactly how I pack, and that payment is to be received within 3 days (but I really give them the full four).

Yet after item closes they tell me I need to use double boxes, and that payment will arrive in a week.

I have decided I will not even reply to some of these messages. Depends on price of item and how I feel. Better to ignore some of them, and hit em' with unpaid, and then closes them out unpaid. Then ask them if they still want to talk.

So, stone silence, unpaid strike, and then hit them with the rules/terms once more if they are still interested. That is they way to handle a few of them, but not all.

Some buyers never read anything of the Terms, FAQs or Feedback. Here in the forum there a buyer mad about a problem he has with a seller. I look the seller store and he from the beginning if he read the info from the seller he will never past now that headache.

One year ago. I get a buyer from Mexico. He/she wanted that I send the item by UPS when in my Terms/FAQs is clear that I only use USPS.
