The only thing I gonna said is the following. Please don't use the alternatives as storage for your photos or items descriptions. You are only making people losing their time, resources, and $$$ in it. We don't one day if the owner wake from the wrong side of the bed and find this offensive and begin to erase store or add fees.

Why not Google ecrater to get to the site.

Is there anything on the order that will help you remember your store name ?

True enough elpereles Kinda unfair to the people who are truly using that site or any other free site to sell their goods.

There's a reason why I don't ask for help. Of course I remember my Store's Name. I'm not a moron!! :( I sell on Ecrater all the time!! And I can NOT believe that people automatically assume that I abuse the system. I have word-processing programs that allow me to save my descriptions. Why would I use an active site??!! When I said that I didn't remember the last time I was on the site, I was talking about DAYS.....not YEARS!!!! I repeat, I sell on Ecrater all the time!!!

To all the really nice people who responded to my post, I want to thank you very much. I was recently infected by scareware - a malicious form of virus, and the anti-virus program I installed apparently saw some threat with Ecrater. I adjusted the settings on the program, and the problem with Ecrater is gone. As for ELPERELES, maybe you shouldn't jump to conclusiions when you don't have all the facts!!

I don't jump to conclusions because I'm not doing a science project or want to prove a hypothesis. I gave opinions and the last one was based on what you wrote. My first language isn't English, but I know that English or Spanish writing and speaking isn't the same. Next time take your time writing your post if you have doubts how it sounds your idea/opinions/post use "Preview". I always use "Preview" and even doing that I do mistake that create big misunderstandings when I write my opinions or ideas. Just as MO. :wink:

In this forum or any forum. Everybody will help you. If you explain correctly your problem. Some days ago I had problem with Mozilla in eBay. I asked and some users help me with the problem.

Actually, elpereles, you did misconstrue her statement. If you read it carefully...
I'm sure it was within the last week.
I took that to mean, probally what she meant it to mean, that it was several days, not weeks, months or years.. She even stated "I'm SURE it was WITHIN the LAST WEEK. I do not understand how you can see it meant anything else.
Hooked On Crafts.. I apologize for some of the terse remarks by our membership. There are many good reasons, and not so good reasons why many sound defensive. Please just chalk it up to them having a bad hair day..

I think she is using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or something similiar.

I use that too and it works great. Unfortunately for some reason it sees Ecrater as a suspicious site and it automatically blocks it. I have to unlock the website blocking feature before I can even get to Ecrater. I don't have this problem with any other site I have visited yet.
