Amazon is running a beta test of an online postage printing service for Marketplace sellers, according to Steve Weber's Selling Books blog. The service uses Stamps.com, and according to Mr. Weber, sellers will not have to pay Stamps.com's monthly subscription fee of $15.99; however, there is a fee of 7 cents per postage label.

Even a $0.07 fee is still cheaper then going to the post office for most sellers. If you print out priority mail its cheaper plus delivery confirmation is free compared to $0.75 at the PO and DC is about $0.50-$0.60 cheaper online also.

It would be nice to see Google Checkout get that service to, since I have to print out all my sales through them over at Paypal's postage Service.
