Well, since you are selling Hi-end designers... Just to let you know, LV doesn't wholesale to an average joe... And since you get stuff from the manufactures directly, you are selling Chinese produced fakes.
No Thanks! |

I don't think you'll get to many takers here on fake goods. Are you aware that LV won a lawsuit against eBay? Here is part of the artical,
eBay has lost another lawsuit filed against it by luxury goods maker Louis Vuitton Malletier.
The Paris District Court ruled Thursday that eBay was liable for harming the reputation of LVM's trademarks, company name, and domain name. LVM had sued eBay claiming that the site was using keywords that hurt the Louis Vuitton brand.
The Paris court has ordered eBay to pay damages of 200,000 euros ($273,176) and to cover LVM's legal fees to the tune of 30,000 euros. eBay will also be fined 1,000 euros for each future violation.
"Louis Vuitton welcomes this decision, which confirms established case law that aims to protect the consumer from the illicit use of company trademarks," said Nathalie Moull?-Berteaux, global intellectual property director of Louis Vuitton, in a statement.

| So Finejewellerys, do you have deep enough pockets or are you as rich enough to hire enough smart lawyers to defend your right to sell counterfeit products? |

Finejewellerys.com should probably be avoided.
I noticed at least three separate seals this site is using that are lacking verification, and are therefore bogus.
The site uses the TRUSTe Certified Privacy seal image, The BBB Accredited Business seal image, and the PayPal Verified seal image.
If the seals were real, they would all link back to the issuing entity and provide proof of validity... none of them do. :o
Fraud, plain and simple. :? |

hi there.we all know because of the the financial crisis ,our pocket is tight.it is impossible to buy a very expensive clothing or accessories online for a popular person(except you are rich enough)..But life is life,we have to buy these things online, shirts, shoes, bags, wallet, etc.so here we just got the first source from the factories directly.so we can offer the consumers lowest price to become fashion.Maybe hat is another style of enjoying life. But al of these goods are good quality and brand new.no damage. Our mottois:make you fashion, but save your money.if there is someone think it is not good for you.you can go to buy the expensive ones there.that is your choice.
we do wholesale and retail.we can accept payment by paypal too.lol.it is preferred. :D :D |

Those who can afford to buy original designers are not affected by the ecomony. The trouble is you are selling fakes. And beleive it or not, it is illegal. And the United States has laws against it. While China doesn't care France and the US does. You want to sell fakes... sell them in China. Louis Vuitton does not wholesale. You are not an approved distributor of LV et al products. And if you are buying directly from the factory, you are buying FAKES and COUNTERFEITS...
How about I buy your products with money I printed off my computer? But hey, I made it from a REAL $100 bill... that should make it real ... Right?
A fake is a fake is a fake. |

Yeah they do chose their lifestyle ... but when it is illegal to do it? By passing it off as real... That is stealing. You are stealing another's good name and putting inferior quality out. You are stealing money from buyers by selling them fake goods. You are lying if you tell customers these are real products and they are in fact not.
Is that the type of seller you are?
And what about these?
The site uses the TRUSTe Certified Privacy seal image, The BBB Accredited Business seal image, and the PayPal Verified seal image
If they aren't real why are you displaying them? Where is the link that authenicates them? |

| oh,mojavelyn,do you think you can buy a real lv bag with only 50-60USD? I think when the customers buy, they know it is a replica.and the because the low spend,so the price is low.but the bag is good enough.in any way,i don't want to discuss this anymore.because i think the customer has the right to buy a expensive so-called real one or a cheap replica one.thanks for your posting.lol |

I know I can't... but when you say its real and its not, you are lying. No matter what the price is.
And when you accept their money without informing them upfront in writing that this is a fake, you are stealing.
Just like the labels on your website that do not have the autheniticating links, thats a lie.
And your website is a front... its a total lie also. So people don't even go there. |

No love2shop, I'm afraid he's serious. We have seen this near same scenario played out nearly verbatim here before. The Chinese firmly beleive its their duty to sell fakes and knock-offs as real.
I have had too many dealings with sellers attempting to sell designer fakes, as soon as they are nailed... "I'll get the receipt from my wholesaler." Well, LV doesn't mass market to wholesalers and most of the others don't either. Their target market is not the ebay seller, but to hi-end dept stores, who have a proven track record, like Norstrom, Lord and Taylor, Saks, Neiman-Marcus, and not some fly-by-night dime a dozen chinese wholesale importer. |
