| As the title says...Is it ok for someone to pay by paypal on Craigslist? If I have small items for sale,would it be OK to let them by paypal and I mail it to them you think? :wink: |

| As long as you're careful. I'm sure you know many scammers use Craigslist. Make certain you do a 'money request' through your paypal account. When someone claims to have paid, go back into your paypal account and check to see if they actually did pay before shipping out your item. There are people who will send you some sort of 'ghost' paypal email, claiming payment. |

I was offering to ship to near by towns/cities (25 to 50 miles)
using PayPal for payment, and was continuously flagged.
As far as I know, there is nothing in the terms of service
that state that you can't accept PayPal and ship locally.
But this doesn't prevent flag happy users trying to destroy
your ads.
I REALLY wish Craigslist would start a section for mail order sales. |
