PayPal is running a sweepstakes to promote its Send Money feature. Send Money allows PayPal users to send payments online to the recipient's email address or mobile phone number. Anyone who uses PayPal to send money from the United States, domestically or internationally, will be automatically entered to win weekly prizes of up to $1,000 as well as a new iPad.
