I found this site from a post here & I really like it. The annual cost is HALF  of what godaddy charged me and I would get much more.
Part of my New Years resolution is to simplify my processes down to the KISS method.
Here's a link to my trial period draft:
Angelsolutions Boutique at Shoppingcartsplus.com
The newsletter is text only---I don't like that. Those of you that receive my newsletter know I use Constant Contact. I may keep CC, cuz I like using HTML newsletters that I can track. Had I been able to use SCP's newsletter, I would have saved another $15/month.
The shopping cart is nice but I would have to enter one item at a time, and you KNOW how I feel about that. LOL  However, they also (like godaddy) offer froogle feeding & ebay listing.
The time savings for me comes in much less hand-coding, features that come with the package that didn't with godaddy (calendar, shopping cart, polls, articles and the like), and an overall much more professional look than I have now. LOL Yet, I know I'll lose alot of time in putting my shopping cart back up one item at a time.
Has anyone used this site?
How is the customer support?
Were you pleased with your purchase?
It's a PITA to move again in 6 months, but I would do it for the convenience if I can rely on this company. Any comments?
Thanks in advance,
sylvia

Gee I don't know about this site at the moment. I'm trying to do KISS, too, and make international selling easier.
I ended up going to AuctionInc. after seeing someone talk about it here for something called Mals. I signed up for the trial and then had no idea what to do with the calculator and then figured it out and if you look at my auctions you'll see how this works. It's a little work-intensive in the beginning but the yearly cost is low and I think it's the answer to my what-does-it-cost-to-ship-this-wherever problem.
After I decided to stay with the auction calculator I went for the Integrated PayPal Shopping Cart and changed every item on my website to this.
Anyway, this was part of my solution to KISS for me. Now I'm in the process of revising all my auctions on all my sites.
AuctionInc. offers both US and Global solutions, so you can get either or. Global is more. Anyway, the yearly costs were I felt very reasonable and I just can't take any large monthly charges right now and something like $24 would be to much for me.
I don't know if this helps, Sylvia.
My site is hosted by Network Solutions and they offer Constant Contact and I was thinking of taking the 60-day trial. It sounds like you like it :?: |

Well I was going to wait before I annonced this but I was thinking of adding a new feature for PSU 2006 which is a very affordable webhosting, shopping cart ecommerce etc...
From reading the fourms lots of people are looking for a place to host there online store, out grew there host and need to find more flexiblity and feature , have web hosting space and need a ecommerce site on it.
PSU out grew its shared server a few months ago. Now its sitting by it self on a beefy server and is getting lonely. The server runs its own dns, smtp, ftp, pop, imap, php, cgi, apache, webmail, mysql, phpmyadmin, Spamassassin, webstats, dual xeon, hot swap drives full backup, etc...
angelsolutions your situation would be a great canadiate for me to use as beta testing. |

 Will it hurt much?
I'm usually the software breaker, remember? :(
But if you're sure, then I am. I'd be happy to help. *gulp*
I'd be more than happy to help you in anyway I can, as always. But take a close look at the features package offered by shoppingcartsplus for about $279 or so a year, as opposed to the $579 I paid for godaddy's *SHOPPING CART* excluding the hosting cost.
WYSIWYG editors aren't just for beginning coders...they are for time-strapped business owners. heh....*cough*
I would trust you totally and completely with my site. But the features there are particularly what I'm shopping for. What do you think?
