OMG, it got more serious than I thought. My account has been blocked!
What can I do????????
A cry from a helpless seller
I've put every minute every penny in this account, now what am I supposed to do???????
I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo sad and totally disappointed at Amazon. It really isn't an easy place for all the sellers, especially the new ones. |

elpereles, I found it because when I was about to upload a new product, the system shows that I can't.
Then I checked the notifications from Amazon, it turns out that my account has been blocked. And all the listings have been removed.
The velocity limit and account review page shows the following :
When you approach or exceed your current velocity limit, our Merchant Approval team evaluates your account and may increase the velocity limit. You do not need to contact Amazon to have your velocity limit increased. Increases are granted or denied as part of our proactive review process.
Note that while your account is being evaluated, new orders may appear as "pending" in your account. Pending orders will not have "confirm" or "cancel" buttons in Manage Orders, and they will not appear in either the Order Report or the Unshipped Orders Report. These orders are not in a shippable status, and should not be shipped, even if the buyer contacts you directly.
If we determine that an increase in your velocity limit is appropriate, pending orders will be made available for shipping. Note that this may result in a large amount of shippable orders appearing at once in Manage Orders. If an increase in your velocity limit is not approved, you will be notified by e-mail.
If at any time during an evaluation we find that your current sales volumes or inventory are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history, we may place your account under review. If your seller account is placed under review, a temporary hold will be placed on your funds and we may suspend your listings.
We understand how this process impacts you. We conduct our review of your account as quickly as possible and make every attempt not to interrupt your sales. Most reviews are completed within 30 days; however, we may extend the review period at our discretion.
See? The account won't be available for at least one month.... And I could only hope for the best
God bless me |

Good luck. It doesn't say that the account won't be available for at least one month, it said, "Most reviews are completed within 30 days". That to me means probably somewhere between zero and 30 days. It may only be a temporary delay. This is the kind of situation you have to be willing to accept and adjust to on Amazon. And you can use the time wisely to establish yourself on other sites so that you don't rely as heavily on Amazon. |

susanbluelans, sorry about it.
My recommendation next time be careful with some people "advise".
Also I had one question. The second buyer with the same item and leave negative. Do you sell it to him after or before you post this topic?
Angelsong777 gave you a good advise. Try some other alternatives in that time. Now the realistic view is the following "they will never be the same in performance sales like eBay or Amazon". If you use the "alternatives" with that in mind you will be ok. If you go for the try then use Bonanzle or eCrater because you will not need to paid insertion fees or other type or fee to be a seller. In Bonz you will find final fees. |

My post wasn’t directed for those sellers required to refund the buyers
Let me make it clear:
In case the buyer got their merchandise, and the negative feedback was just for different reasons, like late shipment or no customer service then it’s nothing wrong by offering a full refund for removing feedback,
However if the feedback was that the customer never got the merchandise you should offer a refund + compensation.
Common sense, right?

Telling Amazon customers that you will refund their money if they remove feedback could be a sure way to get a lifetime suspension. If the customer complains to Amazon that you will only refund if they remove feedback, Amazon will suspend you for life.
It is always best to give them a full refund or do what you can for the customer and after that is settled, then ask them to please remove their feedback.
Good luck with Amazon. I have been there for a few years and I have been very successful on their site.

susanbluelans I tried to warn many sellers on this board about Amazon account review process scam.
If you have more than $1000 in accumulated sales Amazon will put account on hold for 30 days. Then they remove the hold. Then after 15 days will again hit you with another review and finally get a letter that "you are banned for life and all your money was held for 90 days".
Amazon is pulling the same ponzi scheme for years and hold million of dollars hostage and collect interest on them.
If you Amazon account is on review don't cancel any orders.Just fill and ship it.If your account didn't pass their review scam the money will be paid only after 90 days.
But if you pass their litmus test your account will be good and you can make lot of money on it as sales on Amazon are very good compared to any other site.
Best wishes. |

salesonamazon no problem with understood what you said: "Buy Feedback and buyers get item free.".
If we as sellers begin to refund for every time the USPS take 2 weeks to deliver a Priority Mail. We are saying to the buyers that we are the postal service.
The "No Customer Service" needs explanation. Answer question and making deals isn't problem. Unless the buyer begins to ask strange things like free ship because he demands it or want get a Parcel item next day.
My advise is that any seller can avoid a lot of problems in feedback with good photos, description, and more carefully packing items.
Also for my was strange to see a 2nd buyer with the same problem. I hope that wasn't somebody read this topic and decide to get a "free item". |
