Is there a proper method to acquire support for this module? I have emailed PowerSellersUnite for assistance, but no response at all.
I’ve purchased the PowerSellers Unite Google Checkout Payments Module for use on a clients website, namely – www.cosmetic-kingdom.co.uk
When using the Google Checkout payment option, when the buyer is redirected to the Google site, the cost of shipping is not shown on the transaction details, leading the buyer to complete the purchase paying only the product cost. I’ve rechecked the installation instructions and this has been carried out correctly.
If anyone could help that would be great. |
