I am looking for a payment processor(credit cards and if possible check21) for prepaid products ( so I guess it is high risk ) but I need one that will allow me to do preauth on transactions for a period of about 15 days before actually capturing the payment.
I need this as I think there is no need to capture the payment & get a chargeback.
Also a tollerance to chargebacks would be greatly appreciated and ofcourse it has to be offshore.
I don't care if it is a direct merchant & third party processor and I can and really want to have a constant balance with them of more than 10% to cover all possible chargebacks.
All I really want is a solution that :
1) is offshore and accepts high risk activities ( prepaid products or I think it is also called ecash )
2) tollerates a number of chargebakcs ( I don't want to get in to much detail on how much )
3) allows me to do preauth on transactions for ~ 15 days.
4) a reliable company so I know I will eventually get paid.
I accept :
1) high fees
2) a reserve to cover all possible losses
3) a delay in payouts to me
3) can be a third party or a direct merchant account , it doesn't really matter to me.
