My account was suspended on ioffer for site misuse. Here is the catch though. I misused the site by informing buyers of scammers and fraudulent sellers!! Scammers run rampant on ioffer especially in electronics (iphones, ipods and the such). Which I am sure is not any thing revolutionary to anyone here. I have been trading on the site for about 2 to 3 months and actually do quite well. I have to hustle the want ads quite hard but was starting to build steady business there. Anyways I deal in goods out of China (save your judgements I distinguish to my customers what they are getting) in otherwise I dont try to pass my stuff off as authentic in which there is a very big market for that stuff there. My buying power is such that I can compete and most of the time beat smaller China sellers. So I am familiar with what comes out of China.

After being on there for this time and seeing numerous people get scammed by fraudulent sellers. When I saw someone post a want ad for something and watch as the vulture scammers came running. I would post for example on a iphone 4 request. Be careful of sellers with no feedback selling authentic iphones. I can get you a great price on iphone replica iphones but if you are looking for authentic be very careful.

So now my account has been suspended for miuse of want ads. Reason being I was trying to help people from getting scammed. The iphone sellers on ioffer take peoples money and run then sign up under different accounts and keep doing the same thing over and over. This gives the ioffer site a bad name. I just was tired of seeing so many people get scammed. I guess preventing scamming on ioffer is against the rules though. What a joke of a site. Just wanted to spread the word on how things work on ioffer.

Odd posting for someone who advertises "srbag.com" in her signature, a site that sells fake copies of designer handbags.

My IOffer selling account is placed on hold for a lack of buyer feedback in recent transactions. My IOffer Account is under review and my items have been temporarily removed from my store.

My Ioffer account was opened as a seller on August 03, 2010
My IOffer account was restricted about 6 times in 2 months becouse of this policy :

http://www.ioffer.com/entries/show/111782

When I sold 3 items my account is restricted and I have to wait my buyer to leave Positive feedback and my account is reopen again, then When I sold again 3 items then again is restricted.......

Someone know :
-- How many Month more have this Policy-Restriction an IOffer account ??
-- Same as ebay 90 days selling Limit ??

Thank You !

so I sell on ioffer- not a lot whatsoever. my seller fees got up to $170 and i paid $70 of it which was the last total of my invoice...

i have tried to contact customer service so many times about reactivating my account since i paid but they refuse until i pay the last $98 i have left to pay! this is so ridiculous! i have had friends sell on there and they have had seller fees almost up to $300 without their accounts being temporarily restricted...

does anyone have any way to get them to lift the restriction? i am in a financial hole and need to start selling on there again asap!!!

i love selling on there but this totally stinks!

One of the major reasons for an account to be restricted at iOffer is a high unpaid balance. They require payment once your balance reaches a level they feel necessary for you to continue selling. This will be the explanation they'll give if you attempt to contact them, so things4u has a point, better pay the bill as there is nothing else left to be done. You may also check other possible reasons and see if they apply to your case, so that you can make the necessary correction. Here's a list why iOffer will restrict/suspend an account - http://www.ioffer.com/entries/show/24802

Hope this helps.
