I got a email from ioffer copyright, my item was removed by Microsoft
The email is like
Dear iOffer Seller:

The Item Listing(s) below were removed at the request of microsoft ( on behalf of Microsoft Corporation ) for violating their Intellectual Property ("IP") rights.
PLEASE NOTE: Repeat incidents of IP infringement will result in the permanent suspension of your seller account and removal of all Item Listings. In order to avoid future strikes against your seller account, please remove any Item Listings in which the listing or the item itself infringe on the IP rights of others.

I know they have a COPS program like vero. Usually when my item was removed by MS, I only got a COPS messgae in the ioffer message box. But this time, I received this email, not only a message.

I dont know if ioffer has changed their ways. Does anyone received the same email. I am afraid if I still list the item, my account will be suspended.

I got the same troubles with that.
if you got that emails from them, that way, you can not relist again, if you do, they will lift your account.
i have 2 acccounts suspended that way

I had two legitimate items pulled (Yes, it was Warners!) and my account was blocked. :( No response to emails and no contact information to resolve the matter. I've to receipts for the items. (Harry Potter DVDs)

I guess there is no way to work around this - they'd match my isp,credit information on a new account?

If your product is legit, then you have many options, amazon and ebay are just two.

ioffer is getting pretty well known for (FAKE) media in all formats.

I have the problem of account being suspended by the COPS users, do you know how could my account be released?

I have emailed the the COPS user, but no response, ioffer just tell me to contact the COPS user.

Do you have any idea that I could solve the problem.
