OlA has sure been down a long time today, I guess the scheduled maintenance didn't quite go as planned. These problems can probably be attributed to using 10 year old second-hand servers, and 15 year old after-school tech support.

:D Maybe one day, when they grow up, they'll become a real auction site. When I was a member, I couldn't tell when the site was up or down, since they kept me out of metzy's chats and I made no sales. Up or down- it was all the same. I'm surprised they still exist. LOL

I was suspecting that perhaps, Ebay had bought Ola, since my sales have dropped so drastically on Ebay...??? :idea:

Not sure who banned the OP but find it interesting that only 5 out of 20,000 members here at PSU even keep up with the OLA site. :shock:

Perhaps the other 19,995 members have moved on to other online selling venues. :lol:

Make that FOUR- I SURE don't keep up with it...I couldn't access it even if I wanted to, which I don't. I thought maybe it had bit the dust, had forgotten all about that poor excuse of an auction site until I read the posts here. :roll: Betty Lou

Perhaps if your staff wasnt yellow flagging members for things they didnt do, others might let it go. Since I was found guilty and flagged for something I didnt do. I intend to get my sentence worth. IF you remove the yellow flag I was falsely given I would be happy to let it go.

Until then Im going to get my moneys worth for a crime I didnt commit.

Not sure how well OLA is doing these days since I don't bother keeping up with them anymore. I was one of the original FM long ago. The site itself was OK but didn't work out for me personally so I moved on, like I've done with so many other small alternative online selling venues.

Water under the bridge and a learning experience for me along with overstock, bidstart, bid-alot, lowbids, hibidders, loudfrog, etc........and many others that come to mind.

Boy does that explain alot about how I got a yellow flag. Thats good to know the mods have no idea about banned members. Excellent answer, I tip my hat to you. Especially since no one remembers giving it to me in the first place.
