I placed an order with my credit card and received the email confirmation, but I was never charged for the payment. Rubinos

I have successfully installed ioncube and integrated with google, but I am not receiving the payment. I have looked through other forums and found some tips like turning off fast checkout, and making sure my callback url is right.

What I don't know is if I am supposed to change the API version in the google merchant interface.

I'm not sure what's going on at all. If I enable one thing another breaks.
