Suddenly for no reason this google checkout module has stopped working for us. The Google Checkout image shows at the end of checkout but when a customer clicks it to submit the order Google Checkout returns an error.

In the Google Checkout integration console I'm getting the following:
We were looking for the parameter buyButtonCart, but we didn't find it in the cart post; check your form fields.

I'm also getting 'You have tried to post a cart with an unknown Country Code: UK' as an error.

This has never been a problem before. Please help

In the integration console if your getting the error 'You have tried to post a cart with an unknown Country Code: UK'

Please replace your googlecheckout.php file with the one attached
