Overstock.com held its annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Shareholders voted on the election of three directors, including 42-year-old Stormy Simon, Overstock.com's Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Care, who appears in Overstock.com television commercials. Shareholders approved all three directors to the board.
Shareholders ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.
