| hello i am new here, i decided to post because i dont understand what seller wants from me, he has 0 feedback i bought something from him and other buyers also, he says that if i dont give him positive feedback ioffer will limit his transactions, is it true? it can happen? or he thinks that if i leave positive feedback i cant report the transaction, any ideas? |

| It used to be that if a seller sells several items on ioffer without receiving feedback, the seller did wind up with limitations. iOffer has always been a bit tough to sell on. Though I would not leave positive feedback until you have received your order and are happy with it. |

| yes i think you are right, when i leave a feedback i cant go back yes? it means that i can not open the case if something happens because i liked it yes? |
