I am trying to sell items on iOffer but every time i submit my listing and then search for item the main picture doesnt show it just shows that this image not available, its not untill you click on the item then you can see all the pictures. I am using JPG format and the size is only 41.2KB, im not using any spyware or any kind of virus protector i have now tried a few different computers also and the same thing keep happening. Can anyone give me any advise on this.

I have had the same problem for months. Sometimes the picture shows, sometimes it doesn't show and I don't do anything different. It takes about 4 times as long to make a listing because you have to keep going back and editing your listing. Sometimes when you finish and look at your final listing the pictures that you just uploaded aren't even showing up in the listing and you have to go back and edit the listing to put the pictures back in. Then there are the times when you can get the pictures in the listing but they the main picture is not the picture you selected for your main image and you have to go back an edit that several times before it takes.
I have contacted their customer service but of course I never got any response.

| They keep updating. Sometimes the listings work others they will not. |
