| I so often get Guest users buying items and never paying, or they seem to want to click buy on the same item about 3 times. The majority of the time I can never contact them as it just says "Guest". Do they get email alerts sent to them ? How does it work ? I am sending an invoice but I have no idea if they have to log in to see the message or if it gets sent to their email address. It is annoying to think there are genuine buyers who are struggling to work out how to pay. Why don't ioffer put their email address there once the item has been clicked "buy" on ? |
