wouldn't it be something to be able to rate Ebay's performance ?
to be able to neg ebay and leave dsr's
to see their seller fees drop when their performance drops
oh well,
i can dream :)

i have been listing a few personal items there for the last few days taking "credit cards only" and the buyers have been very receptive. best of all, ebay cant hold my money for 21 days
