| They offered me one and was wondering if there are any benefits to it, will I get better service or just more BS. |

| I have an account rep. She's not "dedicated" though, I'm sure she handles many accounts. She's been useful on a few occasions, but honestly I haven't needed that much hands-on service. She calls once in a while to check in, usually if I have a dip in sales. :) |

| Thanks, was hoping someone would reply. It seems their only purpose is to "push" you into selling more, point out how to make more sales rather than help you resolve problems. Not sure yet whether to respond to them or not, sometimes the less you have to do with eBay the better. I basically like to be left alone and do my thing. |
