Need to send emails on a regular basis, to check up on purchases and feedback reminders. Since eBay did away with the options we had, is there another vendor / software that can do it. Need to improve communications with my buyers. Any help appreciated, thanks.

| If the buyers used paypal to purchase your merchandise you can use their PP address to make contact. That's what I do even though it might not be their most used personal email address. |

| You are right about that, only problem for me is I have on average 1500 transactions a month and I could not possibly manage to send them emails manually. I need some type of automated system like eBay HAD. I was wondering if Auctiva has that option. I looked at their site and they list auto emails, but not sure if I would have to sell through their ecommerce site or what. THey have no phone number to call. Lots of sellers are using third party software to do most of the things, ie shipping, inventory etc rather than using Selling Manager, maybe one of those programs can do it. Just know I have to get a better method of communications than just what ebay offers now. I had everything set up so nice until they screwed around again. |

| Just letting you guys know, if any of you are in the same position and are looking for a program to send out these type of emails, I found and signed up for one of their apps, Feedback Pro, seems pretty good and is adaptable to what I need, its only $6 a month, so its worth trying. Will update down the line once I have a decent amount of time working with it. |
