I recently had a buyer who left 2 negative feedbacks because she did not like the product. I refunded her in full and she was more then happy. I sent two revision requests and she immediately revised one of them. She never received the 2nd one. We have been chatting for the whole 10 day revision period and she was upset that she still did not receive the link or email from ebay. I called ebay and they said there is nothing they can do. They saw our chat logs and know that she was 100% satisfied and wanted to change her feedback. I am shocked that they did not help in this situation. It is completely there fault that the buyer did not receive the email and that there was not an alternate link I could send the buyer to complete the process. I know that ebay never helps the seller out but this is completely outrageous. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

The #1 rule regarding eBay is do not believe anything they say. They lie, they retaliate against people who dare complain about them, the interfere with sellers accounts, they post false feedback with fake accounts, they bid on items with fake accounts, they cancel auctions at their whim, they violate their own rules, and they cover up criminal actions on their site and instead punish the person who complains. There's more, but you get the picture - I witnessed all of these things.

Its pretty funny how the woman on the phone completely ignored the facts I told her and said that she can not do anything unless the buyer tried to extort me. She read through the conversation logs which go back and forth about the buyer not receiving the feedback revision email from ebay and being upset that she can not remove the feedback. I guess ebay did not care that this was completely there fault and not mine. Now there is someone from the Hyundai dealership veroing any ebay listing that mentions a Hyundai vehicle. I can no longer sell aftermarket parts for Hyundai vehicles and I have read tons of other sellers saying the same thing. Hyundai is illegally eliminating there competition in the market and ebay doesn't even care.
