I've already posted this issue on general chat, but maybe should of done it here.
There's chatter going on about this policy change on amazon's seller forum, does anyone here know more? There's a petition too which seems to make out that all new sellers are without disbursement button, this has been confirmed by some new sellers online.

Not that I've seen. I can still disburse manually and haven't had any communication from Amazon otherwise. It's possible that buzz on Amazon's forums was started by a question from a new seller or someone whose account is being "reviewed", at which point that option is removed temporarily. It's also possible that it's all true and they just havent announced it formally yet.
The petition is silly; Amazon can set it's own rules. Any merchant who takes credit cards has a waiting period also. |

I have to say that my disbursemants are happening at lightning pace.
I had one I pulled Saturday show up today. Fastest its even happened.
My disbursement button just popped up, right on 24 hours. |
